USING YOUR OWN GEMS: As each order is dealt with individually it will take a minimum of 6 weeks from the date we receive your stones to process the order ready for posting.

ORDERING FROM OUR SELECTION: It will take a minimum of 6 weeks from the date we receive your order to process the order ready for posting.

We provide an easy Checkout facility. You only need to provide your billing and delivery details once. We address all client queries promptly.

Returns Policy
Our policy is not to accept returned merchandise and/or give refunds.

Insurance
Only SOME overseas countries accept Insurance, please check before including Insurance in your order.

Postage
All postage within Australia is Registered Post with optional insurance. Overseas mail is standard airmail with optional insurance. Please allow between 7 to 10 days for postage within Australia. For overseas mail please allow between 10 to 14 days. Registered or insured parcels will require your signature before collection.

We employ security measures and equipment available for Internet transactions. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts all information (name, address, credit card number etc) on your order so that it cannot be accessed as it travels over the Internet.

Garnets are a rich red in colour, while zircons come in a range of tonings from white, to champagne - bronzes or plum-pink tones. When dealing with Mother Nature we do not always have the last say! Until the zircon is cut, you cannot be sure of  its colour and the colours on the screen in all instances may not necessarily be  exactly like the real thing! When our gemcutter finishes cutting a zircon, however, whatever the colour you can be assured it will take your breath away!
